French Toast or Slices of Heaven?

To compare this indulgent Brioche French Toast experience to Heaven may be an overstatement; but it was truly nothing short of hitting all the right spots when it comes to mouthgasms. Incredibly soft, fluffy, flavorful, so creamy it melted in my mouth…literally. This hearty french toast was topped with sprinkles of cinnamon (one of my favorite spices), and a bourbon creme anglaise so light and delicate its complimentary flavors to the toast was a match made in…(you guessed right) Heaven.

If you’re ever in Miami, Florida you must visit one of the most cultural and artistic neighborhoods, Wynwood. Characterized by one of a kind street art, galleries, cafes, restaurants, and bars, diversity exudes and brings the neighborhood to life. This is where you will find tons of delicious treats at a little gem called Wynwood Diner. I highly also recommend their Truffle Fries in a to-die-for cheesy Mornay Sauce (I recommend ordering this dish with no salt and add your salt to taste), and the decadent, moist hamburger called The Diner Burger topped with yummy Gruyere cheese.
