The Mill restaurant is quite centrally located in Industrial Park, St.Thomas. It is pretty impossible to miss with a historical windmill planted right at the doorstep of this laid back, outdoor dining spot. I even caught some children playing inside, as they entertained themselves while awaiting for their lunch to be served.
The atmosphere here is truly peaceful and comfortable, where you can feel the cool breeze sweep across your skin, while embracing the warm island weather. With picnic benches strategically placed among traditional dining tables and chairs, this adds to a certain “chill vibe” ambiance, where one can just “kick back, relax” and enjoy a beer or two.
Now I ordered a lamb burger, which came with french fries, but let’s save the best for last, and tackle these bad boys fries first. I am personally a fan of seasoned fries, and these were prepared, just right! Just enough flavour, and not too much salt, my only complaint is that I wish the fries basket was bigger! – but I’m greedy like that 🙂
Now this Lamb Burger right here….mmmmmmmm! The lamb was so tender that a teething toddler could bite into it with ease… yes, it is that SOFT. The crunchiness from the onion rings meshed with the freshness of the tomatoes in the salsa, and herbs from the rich creamy goat cheese aioli sauce, established a garnish heaven combo. This seasoned lamb patty dressed in these delectable garnishes, created one intense mouthgasm with every bite. My mouth is just salivating reminiscing on devouring this lamb burger into my extremely satisfied belly.
