Barbados’ cuisine is unlike any other in the world. It is deliciously seasoned, flavorful, sometimes spicy, and wildly aromatic. From pastries like meat rolls, fish cakes and pumpkin fritters, to savory dishes like our national dish stewed flying fish and cou cou and roasted breadfruit – I indulge in them all! 

I have always been an advocate for a balance between eating healthy and eating to your heart’s content!
