Fresh. Fluffy. Flaky. If your crust doesn’t fit within this description in my book, it isn’t even a crust worth looking at.
The Tornado Patty
With a unique name like “The Tornado Patty” I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to try this since I had never heard of it!… as I write and look at the photo below my mouth is already watering! This original concept of a patty takes the cake as one of my new favourite treats. It is surprisingly filling for a patty… but maybe that’s because it is filled with gran burger, pineapple, corn, carrots, and plantain, then baked in a puffy herb crusted pastry….. YUMMmmmm 🙂 Vegetarians can enjoy this one too.
Do yourself a solid and try Phillip’s Bakery you won’t be disappointed.

The Meat Roll
These delightful meat rolls are filled with their signature seasoned minced meat center, delicately wrapped in a soft, flaky, butter enriched crust. One bite of this timeless Bajan pastry, melts into your mouth. With a seamlessly perfect meat to crust ratio (you know how important this is!) you can count on satisfying your next meat roll craving here!

Carambola Drink
Five Finger aka Star Fruit aka Carambola’s name is derived from its distinguishable star shape when cut across the middle. In Barbados it is commonly referred to as the five finger because of its five segments or starfruit based on its star-shaped cross section. This juice was refreshing and not too sweet! I recommend sipping on some while enjoying your pastries from Phillip’s Bakery.
